"Problems with the Replacement Radiator"
I can't say enough good things about the staff; they were super helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. But here's the kicker: the radiator they swapped out had a hairline crack and was just like the new one, but it was an original piece. The original casting was way better—smooth as butter—while the new cast iron feels pretty rough, and you can spot the difference from a good 5 or 6 feet away. I had no choice but to use it since it was the only replacement that matched the original dimensions.

Fantastic support and we're thrilled with our cast iron radiators. The crew was super helpful on the phone guiding us through the purchase, and the delivery was right on schedule. They also provided updates at every step of the production process, which was great.

"Unsatisfactory Customer Support"
It took forever to get a refund for a return via credit. I had to keep following up, and they finally said all items were received and restocked. In the end, I only got a partial refund without any clear reason! I had to reach out again to find out what happened (they claimed it was damaged during shipping), but there was no evidence provided and no return of the damaged items to me.
